- Developing training programs for junior staff to enhance their skills.
- Generating reports that highlight issues and proposing strategic solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 3+ years work experience in public accounting
- Prior supervisory experience
- CPA preferred or actively studying for the CPA exam
