Job Requirements and Skills
CPA or equivalent certification required
5+ years of experience in audit and assurance, including leadership experience
Deep understanding of auditing standards and financial reporting
Strong client relationship management and business development skills
Proficiency in audit software and MS Excel
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
