Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Assurance Senior to join their growing team in Virginia. What You Will Do:
- Lead and supervise audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Review financial statements for accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Work closely with senior management to provide business insights and recommendations.
What We Are Looking For:
Skills:
Experience in public accounting or audit (minimum 3-5 years).
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS.
Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for accuracy.
Experience working with a variety of industries is a plus.
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Strong leadership and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required.
CPA license or working toward CPA certification is highly preferred.
