Take the next step in your public accounting tax career with our client, who is seeking a Tax Supervisor or Manager-level professional for their Woodland Hills team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong tax experience, is comfortable with review responsibilities, and is ready to take on increased leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Review tax returns and supporting workpapers.
• Oversee tax engagements and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to tax preparers.
• Handle more complex tax matters and assist with tax research.
• Work closely with clients and colleagues to resolve tax-related questions.
• Monitor engagement progress and help manage competing priorities.
• Mentor and support members of the tax team.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience at the Tax Supervisor or Tax Manager level within public accounting.
• A proven ability to review tax returns, or demonstrated readiness to assume review responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of tax principles and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional judgment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively during busy periods.
• CPA preferred.

Important Location Requirement
Our client is particularly interested in candidates who live in or close to Woodland Hills and can reasonably commute to the area.
