Requirements include:

• CPA Certification is required for this role.
• Eight or more years of recent tax experience in public accounting.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex tax engagements and client relationships.
• Proven leadership experience in mentoring and developing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance and regulations.
• Proficiency in tax software (CCH).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
