What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage complex tax compliance and planning engagements
- Supervise and mentor tax staff and seniors
- Build strong client relationships and provide strategic tax advice
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Identify tax planning opportunities and deliver value-added services
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting
- CPA license or actively pursuing certification (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of tax law and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for developing talent and delivering quality work
