Tax Manager

Job Description

Our client, a leading competitor in the Finance industry is looking for a Tax Manager to join their team.

Requirements include:

• Experience in working with partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts
• English and Spanish required
• 10 years plus of progressive and continuous tax experience in public accounting
• Experienced with CCH Tax software, Excel, and QuickBooks, and/or RIA Checkpoint
• Understanding of relevant tax legislation corporate, personal, and partnership tax compliance and planning.
• Experience in leading staff, seniors, and/or supervisors.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Values teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
• Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals/Trusts and Estates
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s in accounting and/or Master’s degree in Tax.
• Foster a culture of tax compliance and awareness throughout the organization, providing training and support as needed.
