Responsibilities include:
Assist in advising clients on a full spectrum of corporate and partnership tax services, including compliance, planning, and research as well as tax strategies, compensation, and benefit plans.
Prepare a variety of tax returns (ie. corporations, S corporations, partnerships).
Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
Monitors and maintains accurate records of each client’s tax situation.
Formulates, implements, and evaluates legal tax reduction strategies.
Performs tax audits.
Ensures company documents and filings are compliant with IRS regulations at both the federal and state levels.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in tax preparation or public accounting.
CPA License or working towards one is a plus.
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
