Job Requirements & Skills Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
At least 2-3 years of experience in tax preparation
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
