Phoenix, AZ | 2–5 Years’ Experience

Our client is seeking a structural engineering professional to join its Phoenix office. This opportunity is suited to an engineer with 2–5 years of experience who is looking to build on their technical skills while contributing to a range of structural engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural engineering analysis and design for building projects.
• Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Assist with the development and review of structural plans and specifications.
• Coordinate structural designs with architects, engineers, and other project disciplines.
• Support project teams through design development and project delivery.
• Apply engineering principles to resolve structural design challenges.
• Communicate effectively with project team members and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional structural engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering and design principles.
• Experience with structural analysis and design software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a technical team.
• Ability to work from our client’s Phoenix office.
