Phoenix, AZ | 15+ Years’ Experience

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join its Phoenix office. This opportunity is suited to a seasoned structural engineer who can bring extensive technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to take ownership of complex structural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural engineering design and analysis for building projects.
  • Develop and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Provide technical direction throughout project development.
  • Coordinate structural designs with architects, engineers, and other disciplines.
  • Review project deliverables for technical quality and consistency.
  • Resolve complex structural design and coordination challenges.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other engineering professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Approximately 15+ years of structural engineering experience.
  • Extensive experience with structural design and analysis.
  • Strong technical knowledge and engineering judgment.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and technical deliverables.
  • PE license preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively from the Phoenix office.
