Our client is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership across commercial and residential land-development projects. This role combines hands-on civil engineering, design review, plan production, quality assurance, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform, supervise, and coordinate professional civil engineering work in the office and field.
• Provide technical engineering support for land-development projects.
• Lead engineering design, review, and plan production activities.
• Prepare and review plans and documents for quality assurance.
• Develop value-oriented design recommendations and practical engineering solutions.
• Manage projects involving commercial and residential developments.
• Coordinate construction and final site-plan preparation for review by local governmental agencies.
• Apply sound engineering principles and practices throughout project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant land-development experience.
• Proven technical ability in civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2014/Civil 3D plan production.
• Experience designing water and wastewater distribution systems.
• Experience with surface water management and drainage systems.
• Experience with roadway design and related land-development infrastructure.
• Experience with ICPR (Interconnected Pond Modeling).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Strong technical, organizational, and project-management capabilities.
