Civil Site Project Manager
Job Description
Our client, a leading competitor in the Civil Engineering industry is looking for a Civil Site Project Manager to join their team.

Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- PE licensure or ability to obtain
- Candidate must be proficient with AutoCAD version 2018, Civil 3D or higher version
- Minimum 5-10 years CADD and engineering design experience
- Proficiency with Excel, MS Word, and general basic computer skills
- Project management experience
- Comfortable working with the public and clients
- Business development and proposal support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with others in our team-oriented environment
- Ability to provide supporting calculations for earthwork
- Produce roadway grades and alignments
- Ability to produce mass grading plans
- Must have design experience as listed above including knowledge of all levels of Site / CD permitting
- Must have experience with reading and following codes, regulations, and design guidelines.
- Perform subdivision layout
- Provide construction quantity take-off
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Job will require office and field work
