Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in civil site design or surveying
- EIT Certification preferred.
- Interest in long-term growth, licensure, and eventual firm leadership
- Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar platforms
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and live (or be willing to relocate) within proximity to Northern Michigan
