Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Audit Engagements: Take charge of audit assignments from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Supervise and Mentor: Oversee and guide junior staff members, providing training and support to foster their professional growth.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations of financial statements and internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant standards.
• Client Interaction: Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to clients, offering insights that help improve their financial operations and internal processes.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest industry regulations, trends, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to your clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA certification is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant audit experience, with a deep understanding of auditing standards and practices.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
• Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
