Senior Accountant

Job Description

Our client, a leading competitor in the Finance industry is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with emphasis on Accounting.
• 3+ years experience working in public accounting.
• Relevant certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) preferred but not required.
• Experience with major accounting and tax software packages including CCH Prosystems Tax, Caseware, Sage, QuickBooks and other applicable software products is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Effective time management, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail is pertinent in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment.
