Job Description
Are you an experienced land development professional ready to lead exciting projects in the vibrant North Dallas-Fort Worth area? We are seeking a Technical Manager, Land Development to join our client that specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial land development. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee all technical aspects of land development projects from site acquisition through to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related technical field.
- PE License in the State of Texas required.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in land development or related fields, with proven project management and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws, permitting processes, environmental regulations, and construction management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and land development tools (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the North DFW area as required
