Responsibilities include:
Overseeing tax compliance and preparation for corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
Reviewing and analyzing tax issues, offering solutions and guidance on tax strategies.
Leading a team of tax associates, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
Managing relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining ongoing communication.
Staying updated on changes to tax laws and regulations to ensure proper implementation.
Collaborating with internal teams on tax-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in tax, preferably with public accounting experience.
CPA License or working towards is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of U.S. tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks effectively, and work independently.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
