Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to review tax returns and ensure accuracy.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent client management and team collaboration skills.
