Job Description
Our client is a respected surveying and engineering company providing comprehensive land surveying services including boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and legal descriptions. They are committed to technical excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction, serving municipalities, developers, and private clients throughout Florida.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or Registered Professional Surveyor in Florida, or ability to obtain licensure within 1–2 years.
- Minimum 10 years combined field and office surveying experience.
- Strong knowledge of survey control, ALTA surveys, and preparation of legal documents and maps.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and Florida DOT regulations.
- Understanding of professional surveying ethics and standards (MSPS, ALTA, NGS, ACSM, BLMS, ASCE).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electronic drawing preparation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Leadership experience with ability to train and evaluate survey personnel.
- Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
