Structural Project Manager (Bridges)
Job Description
Our client is a well-established and respected civil engineering consultancy based in the Greater Chicago area. Specializing in transportation infrastructure, they provide innovative and sustainable design solutions for public and private sector clients across the Midwest. With a focus on bridges and roadway structures, the firm is known for delivering high-quality projects that shape communities and connect cities.
Requirements include:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in structural engineering, specifically in bridge design and transportation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis (required).
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (preferred).
- PE license in Illinois or Missouri (required); SE license in Illinois is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, MicroStation, and structural analysis programs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Thorough understanding of IDOT and ISTHA design standards and processes.
