Job Description

As a Structural Engineer on our team, you’ll take the lead on a variety of challenging design projects, working closely with architects, developers, and contractors. You’ll be given the autonomy to manage your own work while also contributing to the long-term success of the firm.

Requirements include:

  • PE license in the State of Oregon (required); licensure in other Western states a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering
  • Strong grasp of structural systems, materials, codes, and best practices
  • Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., RISA, ETABS, RAM, AutoCAD, Revit)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  • Interest in future leadership or ownership within the firm
