Job Description

We are currently seeking a Structural Engineer to join this dynamic and growing team in either West Palm Beach or Boca Raton. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a passion for structural building design to work on a wide variety of projects in a supportive, technically driven environment.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in structural building design.
  • Proficient in structural design software such as RISA, ETABS, or RAM Structural Systems.
  • Strong understanding of structural systems, materials, and local building codes.
  • EIT certification required; PE licensure (or track toward licensure) highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in the Florida market is a strong plus.
