Our client, a leading competitor in the Civil Engineering industry is looking for a Sr. Project Manager or a Principal Lead to join their team.

Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE License – Registered in the state of Arizona or Texas
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams.
- Exceptional technical expertise in civil engineering principles and practices.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and fulfil client needs.
- Experience in business development, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and successful project acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
