Senior Project Manager – Water Resources
Job Description
Are you a seasoned water resources professional looking for your next leadership challenge? Our client—a well-respected engineering firm—is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex water resources projects across North Texas. This is a strategic role with an emphasis on technical excellence, project delivery, and client engagement.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Texas PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- 8+ years of experience in water resources or municipal engineering.
- Proven experience managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong working knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
