Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Our client is are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex civil engineering projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in private/land development, excellent client-facing skills, and a proven ability to drive business development initiatives. While design work is not required, expertise in Civil 3D software is essential to mentor and support engineers during project reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the civil engineering industry with a focus on private/land development projects.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software for mentoring purposes (design work not required).
• Proven track record in client-facing roles with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, including securing new projects and building long-term client relationships.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and mentorship.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
