Requirements include:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in mechanical engineering with a focus on buildings-related design projects
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong working knowledge of industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modelling tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
