Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering
- PE License – Registered in the state of Missouri
- 15+ years’ experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates
