Our client is looking for a Senior CAD Designer to join their high-performing team and contribute to the creation of detailed, accurate site development plans for a variety of retail, commercial, industrial, and residential projects across the region. Requirements include
- 5–8 years of experience using AutoCAD in land/site development
- Technical certificate or degree in drafting or a related field
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- Civil 3D and land development design experience is a strong plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take on increasing responsibility
