Our client, a leading competitor in the Civil Engineering industry is looking for a Project Engineer to join their team.

This role consists of preparing civil engineering design and obtain approval on projects ranging from shopping centers and restaurants, K-12 school improvements, and industrial development. The work includes site due diligence, and layout, grading, and utility design, and stormwater management calculations.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5-10+ years’ experience in land development design, grading, utility and stormwater design
- Ability to delegate tasks, experience in permitting with Illinois agencies, attention to detail, and advanced technical writing and communication skills
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D is needed
