Our client is a multidisciplinary firm providing land surveying, civil engineering, and site development services for residential, commercial, municipal, and infrastructure projects. Known for technical precision, responsive client service, and strong relationships with local permitting authorities, they’ve built a reputation as a go-to resource for complex land development challenges across the region.
Their Plainville, MA office is expanding—and this role offers the chance to contribute to leadership, mentoring, and the continued growth of their survey operations.
Requirements include:
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the state of Massachusetts (required)
- 5+ years of land surveying experience
- Strong understanding of Massachusetts land use laws, subdivision regulations, and permitting standards
- Proficient in modern field equipment (Trimble, Leica, etc.)
- Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related drafting software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership or team management experience strongly preferred
