Mechanical/Plumbing Engineers (Mid-to-Senior level)
Job Description
Our client is a respected, multi-disciplinary MEP engineering consultancy based in Houston, known for delivering technically robust and sustainable building systems across commercial, healthcare, higher education, and mission-critical sectors. With decades of industry expertise, they’ve built a reputation for quality, innovation, and long-term client relationships. As part of a strategic growth plan, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer to play a key role in leading projects and mentoring junior staff within their expanding Houston team.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
- 7+ years of experience in MEP consulting or building systems design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems design and coordination
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and industry-standard engineering software
- Strong knowledge of energy codes, local building codes, and LEED standards
- Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring junior engineers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
