Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- PENG License
- 10+ years’ experience in municipal engineering, land development and community building
- Responsible for managing projects, mentoring and leading junior staff
- Leading the development of proposals to secure new assignments
