This position offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing transportation design team, drive project delivery excellence, and contribute to strategic business development. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical mastery, leadership, and local project experience, along with a passion for mentoring and growing teams.

Requirements include:

• PE License (required).
• 10+ years of progressive civil/transportation engineering experience, including 5+ years of project management.
• Strong background in geometric design, roadway/highway engineering, and multimodal transportation.
• Proficiency with CADD platforms (MicroStation, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, etc.).
• Experience with local DOTs (e.g., PennDOT, Maryland SHA) and municipal clients.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Business development experience and interest in growing market presence.
