Requirements include:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in civil engineering focused on land development.
  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in engineering design software like AutoCAD Civil 3D.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
