Position Overview
As an Audit Manager, you will lead audit engagements, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with auditing standards. You will work closely with clients across various industries, delivering high-quality service while maintaining strong professional relationships. This role is key to helping our clients provide exceptional financial insights and strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA license (active)
5+ years of public accounting experience
Strong leadership and project management skills
In-depth knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and federal auditing standards
Proficiency with audit software and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, CaseWare)
Ability to draft clear and concise audit reports
Client management and business development experience
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience leading audit teams and mentoring staff
Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
