Our client, a renowned accounting firm in New Jersey, is looking for an Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong audit experience and leadership skills to step into a pivotal role.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA License required
6+ years of experience in audit, including public accounting experience
Strong knowledge of audit principles and standards
Proficient in audit software (Teammate, ProSystem FX, etc.)
Experience managing client relationships
Ability to manage and mentor a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
