Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits and assurance engagements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports that clearly communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute robust audit plans within established timelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends to deliver value-added services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA designation preferred)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in audit and assurance, with a proven track record of managing client relationships
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze complex data sets
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members
