Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage assurance engagements, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Oversee and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support
• Develop and execute audit plans, identifying areas of risk and recommending improvements
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, delivering clear and actionable insights
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant audit or assurance experience
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in GAAP and auditing standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
