Job Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.)
Experience with general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
Ability to prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with payroll processing (a plus)
