Accounting Manager
Job Description
Our valued client, a prominent financial firm, is in search of an Accounting Manager to join their Salt Lake City, UT team. This role presents an exciting chance to immerse yourself in a dynamic financial environment and play a pivotal role in our client’s operational achievements.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing,
- collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
- Recruits and hires accounting and financial staff and conducts performance
- Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget
- Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance Required
- Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred
- CPA or CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
- 3+ years experience
