Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting staff responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
- Recruit and hire accounting and financial staff, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Oversee tax planning throughout the fiscal year and file the annual corporate tax return.
- Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
- Supervise the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting or related fields
- CPA License preferred
