Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of accounting, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support audits and ensure internal controls are effective
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
