Our client is a well-established leader in water resources engineering and infrastructure development. They provide comprehensive services including water supply planning, stormwater management, flood control, and environmental compliance. Known for their technical excellence and collaborative approach, they work with municipalities, developers, and regulatory agencies to deliver projects that are safe, efficient, and sustainable.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in water resources engineering, including project management and technical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of water infrastructure design, stormwater management, flood control, and environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with engineering design software and project management tools.
- Understanding of risk management, quality assurance, and sustainability principles.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas required.
- Willingness to travel locally within the North DFW area as needed.
