Tax Associate

Responsibilities:
- Assist in advising clients on a full spectrum of corporate and partnership tax services, including compliance, planning, and research, as well as tax strategies, compensation, and benefit plans.
- Prepare a variety of tax returns, including those for corporations, S corporations, and partnerships.
- Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of each client’s tax situation.
- Formulate, implement, and evaluate legal tax reduction strategies.
- Conduct tax audits.
- Ensure company documents and filings are compliant with IRS regulations at both the federal and state levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Taxation
- 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting
- CPA License or Candidate or Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred
