Senior Land Development Engineer (PE)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Land Development Engineer (PE) to join our client’s San Diego Mission Valley team.
This position is ideal for a Principal Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer with 15+ years of experience in private land development and a proven track record of leading design teams and managing complex projects.
This is a senior-level role with the potential to contribute at the management and business development level, depending on experience.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Active PE (Professional Engineer) license in California
- Minimum 15 years of civil engineering experience in private sector land development
- Strong background in residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects
- Experience managing engineering staff and multiple projects concurrently
- Proven ability to lead technical work and communicate effectively with clients
