Geotechnical Engineer
Job Description
Our client is a leading engineering consultancy specializing in geotechnical, civil, and structural solutions for both public and private sector projects. With decades of experience serving the New York metropolitan area, the firm is known for its technical excellence, innovative problem-solving, and commitment to delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure.
Their portfolio spans transportation, commercial, and residential developments, with a strong reputation in foundation design and support of excavation projects.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3–5 years of geotechnical engineering experience in the New York City area (required).
- Strong knowledge of support of excavation and pile design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- US citizenship required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
