Requirements include:
- A licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven leadership in project management and team development.
- Expertise in site development and/or complete streets design.
- Strong business development skills and experience preparing proposals.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and create a supportive team culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for innovative, people-focused transportation design.
