Job Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in audit and assurance services
CPA (or in progress) is required
Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
Excellent client management and leadership skills
Ability to mentor and supervise junior staff
